Return & Replacement Policy

• Replacement is valid only for manufacturing defects (e.g., touch not working, display blank).
• Items with physical damage, broken flex cables, removed protective films, or applied glue will NOT be replaced.
• Please test the folder before applying glue or permanently installing it.
• Returns must be initiated within the warranty period stated on the invoice.

Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We partner with reliable courier services for pan-India delivery. Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/Email. Kinz Star is not liable for delays caused by the courier company.
